However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers or unauthorized third parties will not be able to access, steal, or modify your data.

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

If we learn personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data.

Most web browsers and mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because there is not yet a uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.

Because Hometree is a mental health and coaching practice, certain information you provide may qualify as Protected Health Information (PHI). When applicable, we follow HIPAA requirements in addition to this Privacy Policy.

Coaching: Coaching is a private and confidential process. Coaching notes are not part of a medical record and are not covered by insurance. They will not be shared without your written consent.

Psychiatric services: If you receive psychiatric care through IBHM, HIPAA regulations apply. Your health information will be protected and shared only with other providers or insurance companies as required by law.

11. How Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a “last updated” date, and the new version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
